Vice president office filled with his cronies were observed in the Union hall.

Sources revealed this vice president, congregate with his division chair,(sources made it clear that the division chair keeps quiet, however as an idiom say ‘it is a sign of acquiescence’ - however, we know human nature - what they do behind closed doors - as the old saying goes - tell me who are his friends and I will tell you who he is) vice chairs in his office 3^rd floor - TWU Local 100 Union hall,195 Montague Street Brooklyn NY 11201 and play a game - name the gorilla, where he crates a gorilla in different colors, for example - gorilla, with pink wig & pink lipstick, then a gorilla with a green wig & green lipstick, then a gorilla with a blue wig  & blue lipstick however they name these gorillas exclusively for African American elected officers of Local 100. It is said this vice president claimed - I have a freedom of speech - true as a citizen - however not as an officer of TWU Local 100.

Sources revealed that this vice president, division chair they reward the Hispanics vice chairs with 60 hours, wages (who are not doing anything), while the African American elected official is paid 40 hours. It is said this vice president said - ‘I will ride that black bitch ass as long as I like, he owes me - I saved his job’. The issue becomes institutional racism - why would an African American official get less than others for doing the same  work - we can’t give John Samuelsen the benefit of the doubt anymore.

When this African American elected official pleaded about being short changed in pay to the vice president. He was informed by the vice president - he requested the difference from John Samuelsen - but he was rebuffed (here we can't verify the truth - if this vice president ever approached John Samuelsen with the above request).

Sources added that the vice president has instructed his division chair, vice chairs to do nothing (no work - except hang around in his office by playing the name the gorilla games) - dump everything (arbitration, workers comp or any other union related work) to the African American elected official. Because African Americans members if their issues are not resolved - they have nobody but the black ass to blame - we get voted in the election. 

The vice president was heard instructing his division chair, vice chair  - I need the black vote, we have to give them an impression that we are protecting them (African Americans) but the in reality is we f... them. This is troubling that the whole division would act in such manner, which affirms to as institutional racism.

There is no question this elected official is treated unfairly by this vice president, division chair (he is famous of not taking questions from the opponents in monthly meetings) his vice chairs. These vice chairs are paid by your money (dues) to drive around this vice president, bring him coffee, bagel, cherries (it is said he loves his cherries, he will devour them in front of everyone - in meetings, executive committee also in the executive board - it is said if he loves you he will spit a cherry pit in your face that came out of his mouth), make a background noise in favor of this vice president when he speaks in shop gates, monthly meetings, shout down his opponents.

This vice president is Friend Of Samuelsen (FOS), that is a fact - he can’t cut it in work, he has cried on John Samuelsen shoulder to relieve him from the job he was employed to do - prior being elected. (Samuelsen will not give you a union release no matter what) Guess what John Samuelsen did.

As you all know it - the local union judge is FOS, so is the vice president, and his cronies they have their 'get out of jail card'. They have their salaries, their vehicles, union embroidered shirts, jackets, their positions, courtesy of members’ dues  (members’ dues for 2016 was $32,213,211 according to the LM2 File Number: 003-424) it is known the local union judge, job is to take care of the opponents of Samuelsen - they are proud that the judge has never ruled once against FOS.

Analysis our local lacks moral value, especially if you are deemed from the opposing side of FOS, this does not include diversity, inclusion, fairness as well as respect for others but also the willingness to listen including consider opposing points of view. Imagine now this vice president who openly, clearly discriminate against this elected officer, however, it's not up to FOS to decide whether the act is offensive.

What a hypocrisy’s - a wolf in sheep’s clothing?

As usual FOS and John Samuelsen will blame the membership for everything under the sun instead of looking at their conduct.

This vice president and his cronies are a stain on our local, they should immediately be dealt with severely, removed from office, send back to their tools, but do not hold your breath FOS appears to get away with it.
