Pay rules XIII

Reliefs

When a relief is scheduled in a run there may also be travel time. Travel time is work time.
The following are travel time examples - the last is an exception.
  1. When a relief is made at the beginning of the run (after report)
  2. When a relief is made at the end of the run (after clear)
  3. When a relief is made at the end of the first (or second) part of the run and you pull out after swing that is a relief-pull out
  4. When a relief is made after the swing and you pull in after the end of the first or (second) part of the run then that is a pull in - relief
  5. You never get paid travel time when you get relieved before the swing and make a relief after the swing
  6. The headway allowance (if there is one) is paid when there is a relief made at the beginning or end of a run
