Each January 1st each employee will be granted a personal leave day
-Personal day is 8 hours pay
-Employee will not get personal day until he has one full year of employment (from January 1st to January 1st)
-Personal days cannot be carried over to the following year. Must be used or guaranteed by december 15th.
-First personal day is guaranteed off (except on holiday)
