Bonus pay holidays


On four (4) holidays employees are paid a bonus premium of $2.00 dollars per hour. This is paid on the work time of the run only.

The holidays are:
New Years day
Independence day
Thanksgiving
Christmas


Birthday
Your birthday is treated as any other non pick holiday, however a new employee cannot earn a birthday holiday allowance until his first anniversary. In other words he must have one full year as employee from his date of appointment.

Memorial day and Veterans day
Paid to to veterans regardless of length of service.

New employee required to work on a holiday gets 1½ time for the day.

Employees can save eight (8) holidays in the bank per year, after that they are paid. Maximum holiday accrual is eight (8) after that they are paid. Accrued holidays can be carried over to the following year. In order to accrue a holiday employee must give notice in writing. When multiple holidays occur on same day (birthday) both are treated individually. Both can be accrued or paid. Only six (6) holidays can be accrued per calendar year after six (6) all are paid (even if you use them).

Personal day

Each January 1st each employee will be granted a personal leave day. Personal day is eight (8) hours pay. Employee will not get personal day until he has one full year of employment (from January 1st to january 1st). Personal days cannot be carried over to the following year must be used or guaranteed by December 15th. First personal day is guaranteed off (except on holiday).
