That’s not how you get downtown!

A woman jumped onto the tracks at a Brooklyn subway station Wednesday morning and started walking towards Manhattan, but was taken into custody minutes later, police said.

The woman, who appeared to be in her 20s and was wearing red pants and a pattern jacket, was taken to Woodhull Hospital, where she will likely undergo psychiatric observation.

The drama unfolded just before 8:55 a.m. at the Myrtle Ave. station on the J line.

An 8-second video posted online shows the woman acknowledging straphangers who implored her to get off the tracks from the platform.

Police, however, said the woman walked a short distance, then ran, but was taken into custody at 9:09 a.m.
