19A periodical medical every 2 years determined by even - odd birth years. Employee must be given at least 48 hours notice prior to medical. Periodic before or after report - additional 3:30 pay.
Swing run - report for periodic during swing - additional 3:30 pay.
Straight run - report for periodic during run - paid run pay/paid up to 3:30 straight time if clear time from medical is after clear time of run. Example run clears 1:42 PM and signed out of medical at 2:35 PM additional 53 minutes pay for periodic - no travel time pay.
Out of work (sick) 21 working days or 30 calendar days must go to medical before return to work. 60 days for any other reason (LOA etc).
