Employees must exhaust all paid leave balances (VAC/AVA/P/D) when taking FMLA leave - these days are included in the twelve (12) week - sixty (60 working days) maximum FMLA leave - must not use sick leave.

Injury on duty - compensation IV
No other allowances can be paid while on compensation (holiday/vacation).
We say when a member of TWU Local 100 is on compensation, they should be paid allowances and bonuses.

Injury on duty - compensation III
On reoccurrence of a previous injury there is no IOD pay - you will go right onto compensation. Rate of pay reverts to rate at original date of injury.

First nine days on compensation is differential pay. On the tenth day you are entitled to compensation (8 hour per day). You will be paid compensation and the balance of differential pay to bring total to 8 hours.
We say it should be run pay.

First day of injury you will be carried IOD and paid run pay for balance of tour. Each day after it is compensation - compensation is paid 8 hours (not run pay).
