Reserve time (hook up time)
When the report time of a double up or extra is 59 minutes or less then time is paid and is called reserve time, and half-time is also paid on reserve time.
Reserve time is only paid on scheduled work (not bus moves - etc).
When full run double up has boost then boost is not deducted from reserve time as long as all requirements of run are fulfilled.
Boost is deducted from reserve time for extras.
Night differential is paid on reserve time when applicable.
