One thing is clear Steve Downs did not deceive anyone as Israel Rivera Jr alleged in his email. The first sentence in Steve Downs’ newsletter is a disclaimer -‘This is NOT an official record of the meeting. It is based on my notes’. We can bet you that Israel Rivera Jr glasses were foggy because he did not see that.
Since it is not an official record Steve Downs did not lie and it is not deception. However if you take note of those who were copied the email you will notice that they never have the memberships best interest.
We recall when Israel Rivera Jr lobbied a racist remark to ‘tanotou’ stating that he was not worth a coconut. We wonder when they have made up, many know ‘tanotou’ does not let the past go. However maybe now he is aging gracefully. It is also known Nelson Rivera and Stephan Thomas were apart of the list of names.

Despite you waving the Steve Downs flag for all reasons other then the truth which is he saved your job after your stupidity and ignorance endangered the lives of your train passengers by allowing them to detrain without a platform to safely step on to.

You and I have had many in-person chats about Downs and you never had anything good to say about him, his methods and motives. Now he can do no wrong all because he pulled your sorry behind out of the fire.
Why do you waste everyone's time with Rivera and Creegan? They are yesterday's Local 100 news. Time for you to realize this and move on.
